The Google Analytics (GA4) server reads traffic, engagement, and conversions through the Data API (reports and realtime), discovers available dimensions/metrics, and manages measurement config such as custom dimensions and key events.

Property identity is the numeric resource name properties/123456789 — not a measurement id (G-XXXX). Rows beyond the limit collapse into a single (other)row, so per-row values won’t sum to totals.
