Before you connect
- A Claude account with connector access. Team or Enterprise members may need their organization owner to enable Notfair.
- A NotFair workspace and a Google account with access to the Google Ads customer you want to analyze.
- Connect Google Ads in your NotFair workspace if you have not already. You do not need to apply for your own Google Ads developer token.

Open Notfair in Claude's directory
Use the published Notfair connector from Claude's directory.
Already in Claude Desktop? Open Customize -> Connectors, search for Notfair, and choose Connect.
Connect Notfair
Choose Connect on the Notfair directory page.
Claude opens NotFair's secure OAuth flow. Sign in, choose your workspace, and approve access.
Verify Notfair appears in your Connectors list with all available tools.
Ask Claude about your ads
Open a new Claude chat and try a prompt like “List my connected Google Ads accounts and show the customer ID for each. Do not change anything.” Claude will use the NotFair connector to read your account and respond with specific, data-backed insights.
Confirm it works before making changes
Check that Claude returns your Google Ads customer ID. Then ask for spend, conversions, and CPA for a named campaign and date range. Compare that result with Google Ads using the same dates and account. Once the data is correct, ask for one recommendation with its supporting evidence and review the proposed change.
Troubleshooting the connection
- Claude says there is no Google Ads connector
- Open the Notfair directory listing directly. In-chat connector search and the visible directory can return different results. Check organization access and enable the connected app for your conversation.
- The listing says Re-authorize
- Open the listing and complete the sign-in flow again. Confirm the intended NotFair workspace before returning to a new Claude chat.
- Your ad account is missing
- Check the Google identity used to connect, its Google Ads permissions, and the selected accounts in NotFair. For a manager account, identify the client customer ID you want Claude to use.
- Claude answers without live data
- Enable Notfair from the conversation’s connector menu and ask it to use the connector. A generic answer or a pasted CSV does not confirm a live connection.
