The rules, plainly
What counts as a referral?
A new NotFair customer who uses your affiliate link and makes an eligible payment. Commission is based on the amount they actually pay.
How long do I earn on each customer?
You earn 20% of eligible payments for 12 months after each referred customer's first sale.
What if a customer cancels or refunds?
Rewardful adjusts commissions for full or partial refunds. If the customer cancels, future payments and commissions stop.
What if someone clicks my link but signs up later?
The referral cookie lasts 60 days. Complete checkout in the same browser within that window. The first affiliate link clicked receives attribution.
Can I refer myself or my own company?
Self-referrals and purchases by your own company are ineligible.
How do I get paid?
Commissions become payable after 30 days, once your balance reaches $50. Payouts use Wise. Check your Rewardful dashboard for your balance and payout status.
Can I run paid ads to my link?
Yes — except branded terms. Don't bid on "NotFair" or close variants in Google or Meta. Everything else is fair game.
