NotFair hosts the X Ads API credentials. You authorize an existing ads account; you do not stand up an X developer app for the MCP client.

The bridged client can read Campaigns, line items, targeting, audiences, and promoted Tweets. Writes stay staged until you approve them. uploadMedia fetches a public URL and returns a media_key. Local filesystem paths are not upload handles.
